Hey guys! I hope this Monday is good for you. My weekend has been off to a rocky start. I find myself not just questioning motives of people, but the motives of myself. My goal for this week is to laugh until my sides hurt since I feel like it’s been a while since I’ve done that. Have you ever reached a point of personal emotional grief that you feel like you’ve suffocated yourself with your own feelings? Instead of wallowing in my own sadness I decided to put my energy in to something productive. Right now, it’s 6 Am and I’m making cookies since the smell of cookies has always made me feel happy. I’m lucky to have such a great support system with both my friends and boyfriend. So, lets try our hardest to smile and laugh today shall we?
